TEDCF Publishing has seven Inventor 2013 Certified courses starting with Solid Modeling.

Solid Modeling covers all the commands associated with solid modeling as well as tips and techniques that assure models are easily modifiable and constructed using sound processes.  It starts with the basics and progressively build to advanced skills. Beginner and advanced users should start with this course because it provides founding concepts for advanced operations and procedures discussed in later courses.

Users can download the full course now, and the upgradeable DVD can be pre-ordered. TEDCF Publishing currently uploads over two hours of new  lessons each week, which are automatically downloaded to user computers.  All seven courses totaling over 40 hours of training will be uploaded and available for download by July 31st. The upgradeable DVD will also contain the lessons from all seven courses and can be used to install just the Solid Modeling course or all seven courses.  The DVD is scheduled to ship on July 31st.

“This is an exciting year,” said David Melvin, PE and author of the course. “Autodesk has added several enhancements to Inventor that significantly improves workflow. Users can share material and appearance libraries across several applications, and the UI just keeps getting better. It’s been a pleasure to produce training for Inventor 2013.”

TEDCF Publishing has also enhanced their Lesson Player.  Along with adjustable playback speed and a lesson search engine, users can now assign global hotkeys. This gives users the ability to pause and play lessons while working in the Inventor environment. Users can also use hotkeys to advance to the next lesson in the course and review previously watched lessons.

These are some of the features of the Solid Modeling course.

  • Lessons in Metric & English
  • Lesson Search Engine – find lessons fast
  • Progressive layout – step-by-step training
  • Simplified learning format – thorough explanations
