There are four ways to qualify for the program. You can be a Faculty Member, a Student, a Veteran, or unemployed. The software is the full version. However, there may be a digital watermark indicating the document was created using an Educational version. You get a 36-month license that may be extended if you meet certain criteria, and you can have access to the current release version. In some cases you can also have access to the previous two versions.

Think about this. It’s illegal for someone to put a virus or other malware on your computer. What’s to stop someone from doing this when they give you illegal software? They don’t care about the law, and believe it or not, that means they do not care about you. Legal methods of getting software are always better than illegal ones.
