The trick to replacing these screws is to insert the screw you want into the assembly. Use the Place From Content Center command, browse to the screw you want, and then hold the Alt key down and double click it.
If you select the As Custom option before you click OK you can save the file as a standard part. I recommend doing this because it makes your assemblies more portable. You can save the file in a subfolder of your assembly folder, which will allow you to move your assembly folder to any computer.
Click OK. Save the file where you want it, and then click in the graphics area to add one screw.
Once you’ve added the screw to the assembly you can replace the Content Center screws with the new one. Right click one of the Content Center screws and select Component-Replace All.
Browse to the screw you just added, and then double click it. This will replace all the Content Center screws with the new one, and all the constraints will automatically conform to the new screws.
When you’re finished, delete the lone screw.
