Quickly Add Notes to Drawings in SolidWorks

This quick tip shows you how to add a Note to a Drawing in SolidWorks.

Here is an isometric drawing view of a block with four holes cut into it.

These three highlighted holes are through holes and the fourth hole is not. We’re going to add a Note specifying the through holes.

Highlight the holes, and then click the Annotation Tab.

Now select the Note command.
